How long will my carpet take to dry?
Usually a few hours with good airflow. We bring air movers and will tell you what to expect for your rooms before we start.
We move items up to 20kg. Anything heavier, or anything fragile, we would ask you to clear beforehand.
Will every stain come out?

No, and anyone promising otherwise is overselling. Old spillages can even reappear as the carpet dries — it is called wicking. We will tell you what we think will shift and what will not.

Cash or bank transfer. We do not take card payments, and there are no payment fees of any kind.
